Late night craving some pho and a notice no places close to vista are open past 10. Most places close at 9. This place closed at 10 and diner is only open untill 9:30. Past that it's only to go. So we ordered to go and I got a chicken pho and my husband got a build your on pho with shank, ribeye, tendon and brisket. He's had a really strong cinnamon flavor to it. It was good. A little to strong for me.
My chicken one was shredded chicken and I added veggies. It was good. Their chili oil isn't the best though. Not bad but not my favorite. The chili oil is a big deal for me when I get chicken pho.
Also got a boba Thai tea. It was very very good. I like it a lot.

Yes it's pretty yummy! I'm just trying to find all the good pho's in North County.

Yummy pho has good broth, a little on the sweeter side but it's not a bad or overly sweet. Plenty of meats and noodles. I took mine to go. I would definitely like to actually eat inside the restaurant at some point.

    Lunch on Monday, July 8th @ 1130am

    Pho: 3 stars decent
    Egg rolls: 3 stars decent
Spring rolls: 4 stars good shrimp tasted fresh

Service: 1 star. The man with glasses was rude AF. I waved him over to show him that when I squirted Siracha sauce out of the bottle, clear liquid came out followed by the sauce. It both smelled and tasted SOUR! He rudely commented "That's how it is!" and walked away before I could say anything else ...  FYI - this was table 11 !!

First and LAST time we will ever step foot in this place . Pho Kitchen across the street should thank you for being rude because I stopped by there for dinner tonight . I can put up with average food but not crappy attitude. Learn some Manners.

The Pho is quite yummy. The flavors transport me back to Vietnam sitting on tiny red plastic chairs slurping in noodles. Shredded chicken pho is gluten free with flavorful broth and fresh vegetables.

This pho spot is great for more than just pho! Get your cravings satisfied by their incredibly flavored spicy chicken wings, banh mi sandwiches, curries, or egg rolls!!! Everything tastes so comforting and homey as expected of a small family run restaurant. If you're coming for great food you won't be disappointed. Also highly recommend the Thai tea, it's awesomely creamy and delicious!!
